   When ordering a product from openairsuppliers.com, we request shipping information, such as your name, street address, email address, phone number and billing information. This information will remain confidential and will only be used to process your request. This information will not be shared with third parties or used for any other purpose.
Return Policy and Guarantees
     Defective or warranty merdhandise is repaired or replaces by the manufacturer. Merchandise must be returned directly to the respective manufacturer. We will supply you with the address, phone number and any assistance you may need. This policy allows the quickest turn around for product replacement and allows direct problem determination and correction by the manufacturer.
     Goods damaged in transit, Fedex and UPS shipments: If there is visible damage to a package have the driver note the damage on the delivery slip and notify your local Fedex or UPS office. Hold the package, with original carton and packing material for Fedex or UPS to inspect. notify us that the package was damaged and will be picked up by Fedex or UPS. If cartons are in apparent good order, but upon opening carton the contents are damaged, notify  us within 5 days and save the original carton and packing material.
     Concealed Damage Claim Reporting: UPS/Fedex require when reporting a concealed damage report that the original box and it's entire packing contents MUST be kept for inspection. NO CREDIT will be issued if the original box and contents are destroyed.
     If you decide to return an item because you don't want it. You must contact me for a return order number.The item must be returned in the original undamaged package, with all the original papers that came with it. If this package is damaged or any papers missing they will not except it. You must returned to 250 Terry Blvd Louisville, Ky 40229, with the return order number taped on the outside of the box next to the address label. Once it has been excepted and I recieve the credit I will refund your pruchase less a $25.00 restocking and processing fee.
    All Special Orders have a No Return Policy If you order it you have bought it.
                                              Our online stock quantities are not real time
     It is possible that you place an order online for an item that our website shows as available when it really isn't. It doesn't happen that often, but it can. It is frustrating for all of us but it is a fact of internet life. We promise that we will attempt to cantact you if that happens. That is why it is important to supply us with your contact information. If you have any questions about the item you want, PLEASE CONTACT US. One thing is for sure, we want you happy. Shipping and Handling
All shipping is Continental US ground.
All shippments over $350.00 are shipped freight free.
UPS and Fedex have determined that providing service to less accessible areas carries higher operating costs. The delivery area surcharge is an accessorial charge to offset this additional cost. My shipper has a small order charge, so all orders under $350.00 will be charged a  $16.00 shipping and handling fee.
